Beginning of October 2021

  • Site works have now commenced in line with schedule.
  • We have begun clearing the site. This process will take 3 weeks.
  • Estimated settlement time remains at Q4 2022.

 

Mid-October 2021

  • Almost finished clearning and then we will have 3 weeks of fill coming to site (truck every 6 mins for 3 weeks).
  • We are now sold out of Stage 1.
  • We will start laying slabs during the middle of December 2021.
  • Expected settlement is Q4 2022.

November 2021

  • We have finished clearing the site.
  • We have started to bring fill onto the site.
  • Retaining being done as we go.
  • We will start laying slabs during the middle of December 2021.
  • Expected settlement is Q4 2022.

December 2021

  • We will continue to bring fill onto the site.
  • Even with the rain we haven’t lost too much time.
  • Retaining will be done as we go.
  • We will start laying slabs in early January 2022.
  • Expected settlement is Q4 2022.

January 2022

  • We are now retaining and laying the footings and piers in preparation for the slabs to be poured.
  • We have lost some time with rain delays which we will try to get back in the coming months.
  • Retaining will be done as we go.
  • We will start laying slabs mid-February 2022.
  • Expected settlement is Q4 2022.

March 2022

  • We are now moving quickly through the build and getting walls up on Terrace Lots 1-8.
  • We expect to begin pouring slabs in the next two weeks for Terrace Lots 10-18.
  • By the end of next month we will have begun work on the Residences as retaining will be completed.
  • We lost some time due to the floods in February.
  • Expected settlement is now Q1 2023.

April 2022

  •        We are now moving quickly through the build and getting block walls up on Terrace Lots 11-14.

    ·       We expect to begin pouring slabs in the next two weeks for Terrace Lots 15-16.

    ·       First floor framing for Lots 1-8 is almost completed. Ground floor framing for Lots 11-14 will start next week.

    ·       Roofing will start to be installed over the coming weeks.

    ·       Expected settlement Lots 1-18: Q1 2023.

    ·       Expected settlement Lots 19-30: Q1 2023.

May 2022

  •        We are now moving quickly through the build and getting roofs up on Terrace Lots 11-14.

    ·       We expect to begin pouring slabs next week for Terrace Lots 15-20.

    ·       First floor framing for Lots 11 – 14 is almost completed. Ground floor framing for Lots 11-14 has been finished.

    ·       We have started ground works for the Residences including moving the electric power mains underground.

    ·       Expected settlement Lots 1-18: Q1 2023.

    ·       Expected settlement Lots 19-30: Q1 2023.

  •            Expected settlement Lots 50-57: Q1 2023.

June 2022

  • In the next week we will get the roofs up on Terrace Lots 15-16.
  • First floor framing for Lots 15 – 16 is almost complete. Ground floor framing for Lots 15 -16 has been finished.
  • We have started brickworks and cladding on Lots 1-8.
  • Flooring is expected in Lots 1 – 8 at the end of the month.
  • Expected settlement Lots 1-18: Q1 2023.
  • Expected settlement Lots 19-30: Q1 2023.
  • We have started ground works for the Residences including moving the electric power mains underground.
  • We expect to begin pouring slabs this weekend for Terrace Lots 17-20.
  • Expected settlement Lots 50-57: Q1 2023.

July 2022

  • We have started groundworks for the Residences.
  • We expect to begin pouring slabs for the Residences this month.
  • Expected settlement Lots 50-57: Early Q2 2023.

September 2022

  • We now have roofs on Lots 1-8 & 11-22.
  • First-floor framing for Lots 23 – 24 is almost complete. Ground floor framing for Lots 25 – 26 will be finished shorty.
  • We have started brickworks and cladding on Lots 21-22.
  • Flooring is expected in Lots 21 – 26 at the end of the month.
  • Expected settlement Lots 1-18: Q1 2023.
  • Expected settlement Lots 19-20: Q1 2023.
  • We have started groundworks for the Residences.
  • We expect to begin pouring slabs for the Residences this month.
  • Expected settlement Lots 50-57: Early Q2 2023.

October 2022

  • We now have roofs on Lots 1-8, 1-22 & 23-26.
  • Roofs are about to go up on Lots 27-30.
  • We have started prepping the Residence lots for slab pouring.
  • Expected settlement Lots 1-8 & 11-18: Q1 2023 – Late January.
  • Expected settlement Lots 19-30: Q1 2023 – Late March.
  • Expected settlement Lots 9-10: Q1 2023 – Late March.
  • We expect to begin pouring slabs for the Residences this month and finish the curb to the exterior of the development.
  • Expected settlement Lots 50-57: Q2 2023 – May.

December 2022

  • We now have roofs on Lots 1-8, 11-30.
  • We are now finishing internals for 19-30.
  • We have started pouring slabs for the Residences and Lots 9 and 10 will be poured in early January.
  • We will begin landscaping for the project in January.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 1-8 & 11-18: Late February 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 19-30: Late April 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 9-10: Late April 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 50-57: June/July 2023.

February 2023

  • We are nearing internal completion for Lots 1-8 & 11-18.
  • We are now tiling and painting inside Lots 19-30.
  • We are about to install roofs on Lots 9 and 10.
  • We will continue landscaping for Lots 1-8 as settlement approaches.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 1-8 & 11-18: Late March 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 19-30: Late May 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 9-10: Late May 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 50-57: June/July 2023.

End of February 2023

  • We are nearing practical completion for Lots 1-8 & 11-18.
  • We are still tiling and painting inside Lots 19-30.
  • We are about to install roofs on Lots 9 and 10.
  • We will continue landscaping for Lots 1-8 & 11-18 as settlement approaches.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 1-8 & 11-18: Mid-March 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 19-30: Mid-May 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 9-10: Mid-May 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 50-57: June/July 2023.

Start of May 2023

• We have now settled Lots 1-8 and 11-18.
• We are still tiling and painting inside Lots 19-30.
• We are now installing roofs on lots 9 and 10 and will begin external cladding next week.
• We will finish off the internal road in the coming weeks and begin to install driveways.
• Lots 1-8 & 11-18: Settled.
• Expected settlement call for Lots 19-30: End-of-July 2023.
• Expected settlement call for Lots 9-10: September 2023.
• Expected settlement call for Residences 50-57: September/October 2023.

Middle of July 2023

  • We are now landscaping Lots 19-30 and completing the finishing touches before builders clean.
  • We are now working internally on Lots 9 and 10.
  • Internal roads are now complete.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 19-30: Start-of-August 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Lots 9-10: September 2023.
  • Expected settlement call for Residences 50-57: September/October 2023.
